Our story
The Course des Lutins was born in Sierre in 2019, launched by the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Sierre to create a festive event for children during the Christmas season.
From its very first edition, the race was a huge success, bringing together families, friends and local businesses.
Over the years, the race has become a must-attend event of the festive season in Sierre, attracting more participants and spectators every year.
In 2026, the La Course des Lutins association was founded to take over the organisation of the event and secure its future.
This blend of sport, solidarity and Christmas magic keeps growing, strengthening community ties while bringing a unique moment of joy to everyone.

Founded in 2026, the La Course des Lutins association now organises the race, carrying on the event launched in 2019 by the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Sierre.
Driven by a team of passionate volunteers, the association works every year to offer children and families from the region a unique moment of sport, solidarity and Christmas magic in the heart of Sierre.
