Data collected through the forms

• Contact form: first name, last name, email address and message, in order to reply to you.
• Volunteer form: first name, last name, email address, phone (optional), availability and comments, in order to organise the volunteer team and get back to you.

This data is stored on the servers of our hosting provider Infomaniak, in Switzerland, and sent by email to our info@ address. You receive a confirmation email at the address provided. It is only used by the organising team, is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes, and is kept for a maximum of 3 years (to organise future editions), unless you ask us to delete it.

Anti-spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which invisibly analyses how the form is used (including your IP address and information about your browser) in order to block automated submissions. This data is processed by Google, including outside Switzerland (United States). See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. reCAPTCHA is only loaded on the Contact and Volunteers pages.

Race registration

Race registration is handled by the MSO platform (MSO Sàrl, Develier), which processes participants’ data (identity, year of birth, payment, results) in accordance with its own privacy policy. Results (name, category, time) are published there.

Technical logs and cookies

Like any website, our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, date, page visited, browser) needed for the security and proper running of the site; they are kept for a few weeks. We may use them to produce anonymous visitor statistics (number of visits, pages viewed), without any external tracking tool. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own server.

Event photos

Photos are taken during the race and published in our galleries and on our social media. If you or your child appear in a photo that you would like removed, write to us at info@coursedeslutins.ch specifying the photo: we will remove it promptly.

External links

Links to Facebook, Instagram, MSO or other websites lead to third-party services that apply their own privacy rules.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by writing to info@coursedeslutins.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
